What the platform is
This portal is a research aid assembled from public registries. It is not a regulatory determination, not an allegation, and not a substitute for the customer due diligence its reader owes. PEP status and foreign-influence registration are administrative facts about filing obligations, not findings of wrongdoing.
The platform assembles what public sources already publish and dates it. It does not decide whether to accept a customer, and no output of it may be the sole basis for refusing, closing or reporting a relationship. That decision, and the file that records it, stay with the institution making it.
Accounts and access
Accounts are issued by name. A credential is personal to the person it was issued to, must not be shared or reissued to a colleague, and the role on it decides which parts of this interface answer. Sharing a credential is a breach of these terms, and an account may be suspended without notice where a credential appears to be in use by more than one person.
What you agree not to do
Do not extract the corpus in bulk, automate access outside the interfaces provided, republish exported documents outside your own institution, or use the platform for anything other than due diligence you are lawfully performing. Use of the platform is subject to Georgian law, including the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.
Accuracy of registry data
Every record here is reproduced as its source published it, with the date it was read. A registry entry that is wrong at the source is wrong here, and the correction belongs with the registry that issued it. Tell us and the source will be re-read; we do not edit registry data by hand.
Availability
Evaluation and pilot instances carry no uptime commitment. Maintenance, a source that stops answering, or a re-ingestion run may interrupt service without notice. A service level, where one is needed, is agreed in writing and not here.
Fees
Access is on the commercial terms agreed in writing with the operator. Nothing is charged for an account unless a signed agreement says so.
Ownership
The platform, its source code, its risk model and its interface belong to the operator. The documents you export — dossiers, screening records, ledger extracts — are yours to keep in your own compliance file, for as long as your own record-keeping obligations require.
Liability
The platform is provided as a research aid, as it stands. To the fullest extent Georgian law permits, the operator is not liable for a decision taken on the strength of what is shown here, nor for an interruption of the service. Your own obligations to your regulator remain yours.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Disputes that cannot be settled between us go to the courts of Tbilisi.
Changes to these terms
This notice carries the date it took effect. A change that alters what you are agreeing to is published here with a new date, and account holders are told before it applies to them.
